Halloween 2012

The  kids were as excited for Halloween as ever this year Talmage was Spiderman Ellen was a witch, Olivia was Snowwhite and Reese was a ladybug. We carved pumpkins for FHE the Monday before Halloween and we attended our Ward Halloween party where the kids were able to trunk or Treat. Lots of fun but not nearly as warm as Halloween last year in Irvine.
Talmage had his face painted at our ward Halloween party.
The pumpkin carving was fun , but the pumpkins were so hard that the kids couldn't help much.
Talmage had to run up to Buggy and give her a hug at the school Halloween parade.
 Ellen at the school parade.
Olivia got this cool Marshmallow ghost from her class Halloween party.
Ellen, Ready to ring some doorbells and get some candy!
 Olivia's ready too!
What a cute bunch of kids! We were really lucky and it was unusually warm Halloween evening. We didn't even need coats.
Olivia wanted me to dress up as the Evil Queen to go along with her Snowwhite. It was a lot of fun to dress up and wear all of that make up and Olivia thought it was pretty fun. The funny thing is that people had a hard time recognizing me at our ward party. I guess I should wear make up occasionally.
We only trick-or-treated along our cul-de-sac and then down one other street but the kids all had bags FULL of candy. a few of the houses were super decorated and the kids were a little nervous to go to the doors, one house actually had a guy waiting behind the bushes to jump out and scare the kids. Olivia Paniced on one of these houses and we nearly had tears but all in all we had a wonderful Halloween and we will be eating the candy for the next year.
