Reese was photographed a lot while I was pregnant because of an enlargement of her kidneys. After she was born they gave her her own ultrasound and found that the situation had not changed and we were sent to see a urologist. The urologist told me that she had mild to moderate dilation and that it would likely always be there and need to be monitored. Possible surgeries and very invasive testing were likely in her future...
6 months later we went in for a followup ultrasound and after the urologist asked us some questions and looked are her kidneys he told us that her kidneys were perfect! The Lord answers prayers! He told us that he had seen cases like this before but that it's very rare. He actually told us to go buy lottery tickets!
We are just so happy and thankful that she is healthy! I love to see the Lords hand in our lives!
